Carts report was created by rjrsinc
-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.3 Business
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.28
-- PHP version -- : 7
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : None
Hi I was wondering if there is a way to generate a report of the past two months or so of all "carts" that have been created. I see this information from HikaShop -> Users -> Customers -> Carts. Here I can see all carts which one may call "abandoned carts" that have been generated and not completed.
Can I generate a report of this information? Also are there any tips on how to identify if there is something causing these carts to be abandoned or any more details that can be revealed?

Hi,
There is no option to generate a report on the carts besides that listing in the backend.
To check why carts are abandoned, you could use Google Analytics on your website.
You'll get data on the flow of users and where they stop on your shop during their browsing (like stopping at the first step of the checkout, or stopping before reaching the checkout, etc). But it's hard to get more details.
That would require the developement of a custom plugin to log the data of who clicked where etc.
