The backend main statistic report cannot load

Hi, can check also why the backend dashboard main statistics cannot load. currently is disable the main statistic report, if enable it keep loading and lead to timeout session issue. Waiting for your quick update on the matters, thanks

Hi,

This indicates that the report is configured to run MySQL queries which takes too much time for the restrictions set by your hosting.
Since you can't edit the report, you need to delete it and reconfigure it and make sure it doesn't have to process too much data.
For example, if you have thousands of orders or more in your shop, you want to restrict the time period of your report. For example, to last year only. That way, instead of processing all your orders to generate stats, it will only process the orders of last year.
