There is no mechanism to do that just in HikaShop.
What you can do is this:
- use the order status filter and the start and end date filters on the orders listing in the backend, so that you only see the orders you want to be taken into account for that total.
- click on the "export" button. That will give you a CSV file with all the data of all the orders based on the selected filters.
- open that CSV file with Excel or LibreOffice Calc.
- search for the "order_shipping_price" column which contains the shipping fee for each order
- use the "sum" function on the column to get the total at the bottom:
