Hi,
Your CSV is fine: we imported it as it is on a test shop and its three images were downloaded. The failures come from the way Salsify serves its image links: on some requests it answers with a redirect to its image server (assets-imagekit.salsify.com) instead of the image itself. On PHP versions older than 8.4 (your server runs PHP 8.2), HikaShop 6.8.0 did not follow that redirect and counted the image as failed. That is why some images of a product download and others do not, and why it changes from one import to the next.
This is fixed in the latest build of HikaShop 6.8.1, which you can download from your account on our website and install over your current HikaShop. Your settings and products are kept. The same build fixes a related problem: when you imported the same CSV again, images already downloaded from Salsify could be downloaded a second time under a new name such as 9_9556041610193-A_C1N1.jpg.
After the update, run the import of your CSV again. The images that failed are downloaded then and show on their products. The ones already there are left as they are.
