Importing Main Products and Variants

Hi,

Can we now important the Main Product and the Variants at the same time?
And add the Characteristics too?

Before, we would have to create the characteristics one at a time, import the main product and then and then the variants.

This would constantly fail with errors,

Hopefully by now there is a seamless process for doing this?

You can import the main product and the variants in the same file.

But if the variants have characteristics such as a T shirt comes in six colors and six sizes.

Can you do the import in one go without creating the characteristics in HIkashop?

Instead putting them into the import file?

You need to pre create the characteristics with the values you need.
Once done, you can import the products and variants together in one CSV with the columns corresponding to your characteristics.
