Images showing on checkout not product page

Hi,

I have imported my products via csv and have referenced their image file in the upload folder. Now i am pretty sure it has been referenced ok as the image is showing for the product if i add it to cart and go to checkout however it still won't show on the product pages for some reason, or the product listing pages and i am not sure why? Is there a cache i need to clear somewhere?

Hi,

In your website some code lines are missing. The div for the image in the product page is empty.
That's probably due to the $image->file_path which is empty.

Thanks to check in your database in the table "#__hikashop_file" if the files are present, and if they are assigned to the correct product.
If it is not, you will have to add them manually, what can be done is uploading them via ftp and then just select them in the product edition page.

If your product is actually showing through the checkout/product listing and not through your product page the problem is probably coming from your product view's files, did you edited one of your product view's files through "Hikashop->Display->Views" ?

No I haven't changed any of the product view files. I have just added the import file with the format (attached) I have then uploaded this image to the uploads folder tradeheatingspares.com/new2/media/com_hi...load/alpha-parts.jpg

Which shows fine on the checkout page and on the backend when i look at the product. (attached) just not on the product page itself...

So it looks like the image is correctly added but the product page just won't load the image. I have even tried to add an image to this product so it has two images and no image loads...

But then if i add to cart then the image is there.

Did you still want me to try adjusting the code according to the first reply?

Hi,

In HikaShop 2.2.2, we now use the new function of the helper image (which are already used by the gallery system and HikaMarket since several months).
You have now a folder : "/media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/"
In this folder, you will find one sub-folder by selected size.

Please check that there are the good write permissions in the folder and sub-folders.
Can you give use more details about the image size used in your product page ? (option in your HikaShop configuration)

Aha i see the image size height value was empty.

I have given this a value so it now shows on the product page but not on the product listing page. The thumbnail size was set to 100 x 100 i have changed it to 110 x 110 to see if this triggered the images to show again on the products listing page (like this one)

Then select a sub category then it brings up another error page, if turn sh404 sef off this doesnt seem to make any difference, i am not sure why it does it on this category only...

I guess it will be a good idea to wait to see if the other thread fixes this one. However i was still having this problem with the filter module switched off. Now i have it turned back on again it is even worse as every category is pulling up an error now.
