Underscore (_) in image names imports as a space

Trying to import thousands of products. Most have one or more _ in the file name and the images won't show up because the name in the product page is listed wrong.

Actual file name of the image and in the .csv file:

product1_l.jpg

Imported name in product:
product1 l

The file name is correct, we take the file path, replace the '_' and remove the file extension to have a better file name for SEO improvement.

We have upgraded to HikaShop Business.

Now we need to get our products imported but the images do not show up on our product pages, so how do we prevent the replacement of the '_' and removal of the file extension?

As I said previously, thanks to check the file path in database and not the file name.
It's the file path which is used for the links.

Could you give us a link to your website in order to see how are formatted the image urls ?

Yes, I will try to give you that information:
Steps:
I uploaded NEBO10027_l.jpg to my folder:
/public_html/media/com_hikashop/upload.

I can then view that image in the browser:
www.heatersrus.com/media/com_hikashop/upload/NEBO10027_l.jpg

Then I imported my products including that item which is my product_code: NEBO10027

At that point the system creates the product and in the images section I see that the image is not appearing and the Name of the image is listed as NEBO10027 l
only the default image is showing

And I see that the image has disappeared from /public_html/media/com_hikashop/upload

And the file is now not found:
www.heatersrus.com/media/com_hikashop/upload/NEBO10027_l.jpg

And the image does not show up on our page at
www.heatersrus.com/products/categories/product/6007
and only the default image is showing

I'm getting a 404 error when I try to display your image www.heatersrus.com/media/com_hikashop/upload/NEBO10027_l.jpg
So it seems that it is not there.
Also, please provide the CSV that you're using.
If you don't get the image displayed on the product page, it means that the filename of the image in the upload folder and the filename that you put in the CSV are not the same. It's not related to the fact that HikaShop change the _ to space for the name of the image (which is different from its filename).

We have resolved the issue. Thank you.
NEBO10027_l.jpg was missing from the folder.
Some other images did not display for other reasons that we can fix
