Redshop Import Failed - Absolutely incomplete

I am switching all sites from redshop to Hika. I decided to test on a 1.5 site that needs to migrate. I installed starter, just because we wanted to test (WE WILL be getting business). The Redshop import function only imported the categories, a few customers and a few orders... 98% did not import at all. 0 products imported.

Can you advise, Nicolas? We really need an easy path from redshop to Hika. We HATE redshop! Cant wait to use Hika!

It occurred to me that you may not have responded since we have not purchased the component yet. We had not because if it will not import redshop, it is of no use. We have purchased the component in the hopes you can resolve the issue. Our order number is B1E4C3Z51. Hikashop business, $137USD

Please let me know something ASAP so I know how to proceed and if you have what you need for access.

Hi,

I was able to found several issues with the import all related to the fact that you have a really old version of RedShop and thus missing columns in the tables of your RedShop or data formatted differently in some columns of the tables of your RedShop, compared to recent versions of RedShop.
I4ve modified the code of the import from RedShop in order to take these differences into account and now all the products and all the orders were imported on your website.

After some work was able to successfully get everything migrated to J! 3.3 using the data you were able to import into the 1.5 site. Thank you for your fix! Nice to be rid of redshop!
