Export to csv both 'confirmed' and 'send'

When you try to export order history to CSV, you have the ability to apply a filter. Within this filter you can only select 'AND'.

We would like to export all orders with status 'Confirmed' or status 'Send'. Can this field be changed to e.g. a multi select?

that's an interesting idea. We'll change that for next version as that requires several modifications in several files and it definitely not straight forward to apply.
