When importing products, I have the description that is html-formatted. However, after import the html is removed. Is there a way to preserve the formatting of the description when importing?
The import system doesn't remove the HTML of the CSV.
So there must be a problem with your CSV itself.
If you create a product in the backend with the description you want and then export it, you'll see how the CSV should be formatted for the description to be imported properly.
