Excel encoding breaking product descption

Hi,
Some sort of excel enconding is replacing my double and single quotation marks with 2 special characters. Although this has nothing to do with Hikashop you may want to look at it as those special carachters are breaking the product description import process.

The characters are î and í.
Or you can have a go uploading the attached csv to see the problem for your self.

I've imported your CSV on my end and the description is imported properly and completely. And didn't see any î or í characters in your CSV.

I just imported this file, and no issues, the product is correctly added on my end.
You have maybe an issue with your database collation, please check via phpMyAdmin that the collation for the tables and the columns is set on "utf8_general_ci" or something supporting utf8 characters.

Thanks for that but my table has the correct collation.
It might be my excel encoding.
