Export products with cirilic names encoding issue

Hi,

when trying to export products there is an encoding problem. The language is Bulgarian (cirilic). The encoding of the site and db connection is UTF-8.

The CSV displays just fine on my end:

So the problem is the way you're opening your CSV.
Make sure that you select UTF8 in the CSV import system you're using to visualize it.
I'm using LibreOffice Calc (which is completely free) and it work great without doing anything.

Thank you nicolas. It really is the encoding settings of the software tool that I am using. In my case excel.

For those who will meet simmilar issue, there is the solution:

Use the import function under "Data" tab where Excel allows us to specify the encoding. Select "from text" and choose your csv file then Select proper encoding ( in my case UTF-8 ).
