Export card details

Hello

Is there a way that I can have hikashop export the card details via CSV as well as the orders? I have looked through the documentation and can't find anything.

Hi,

If you are using the "credit card" payment method you can potentially via some custom code export the credit card data, but it is not really recommended for security issues, that's why we never let the full informations at one place, one part is stored and the other part is sent by email only.

And if you are using other payment methods, so we don't stock any credit card informations, so no possibility to export them.

It's not easy.
It will require the modification of the file "export" of the view "order" via the menu Display>Views.
But you'll have to contact a partner to do that change.
Also, that will only work with the credit card payment method, as that's only one which retrieves the credit card data, and it will only give you half of the data in the CSV since the other half isn't stored in the database but sent to you by email directly. That is done for security reasons as you're not supposed to stored credit card data on a website like that.
