image issue

I bookmark one my post but seem delete ( it was about image because i don't find in the documentation a lot of information about image : format , resize process , location import ,location storage , way to use them !!! i ll post a video )
I try to do a chekout but nothing work the issue come back but not reproductable .when i import a image the message was about wrong image content but the file
In a product i import an image and have an issue . the upload process don't stop so i close the tab of my browser .

Now when i create a new product and uplaod the same image i have the same issue and can't upload images

Hi,

If you can't upload a file or image, it's either that its extension is not in the list of allowed extensions in the HikaShop configuration, or that the upload folder where HikaShop stores the images / files is not writable, or that the disk where that folder is is full.
So please check all these.

Regarding the checkout not working, without more information I can't say anything.

the image folder is writable since i succeed to upload others file .
About file extension supported i don't find any documentation about the list of file ( image or not exe ? pdf ? ) that ican upload using one of the two panel . I don't know if the focntionnalities for import are the same using the top or bottom panel !

what is missing is a stop button download in the case something goes wrong !!! ( nothing at this time but not important )

Once again, you have edited your own messages...

I gave you enough warnings and I won't repeat myself once more.
So right now, I see now two possible solutions :
1 - Every edited message will be automatically delete by moderators.
2 - Instead of a week end, I will set a two weeks forum ban ; ban which will be renewed each time you edit one of your message.

You have the choice.

And the better way is to take time to prepare your message in order to post it with all the elements !
Just like you will do using an email...
