As far as I can see in my local websites ; It's already in UTF-8.

Hello,

Maybe your issue is linked to issue with UTF-8 ? Did you manage some search about this subject ?
So far, I'm not sure this issue is linked to HikaShop, but UTF-8 with Russian symbol.
