Error when trying to Export

I am not a professional but have a limited ability on Joomla. I am getting this error when trying to export my Hikashop Products:

How can i fix this so i am able to export my products?

Hi,

Updating your HikaShop should fix the problem.
Otherwise, if you don't want to update you could try renaming that file administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/spreadsheet.php and uploading there instead the file back/helpers/spreadsheet.php from the latest version install package.

where do i find the file to rename? i dont want to update as it requires me to pay for the update and i am no longer going to be using Hikashop

You can find it via the FTP access or the file manager of the cpanel provided by your hosting provider.
