HikaShop Cron

I did it by normal impost, but it still doesn't import the prices!!
In the table "hikashop_product" the field "product_sort_price" the price is written.

But the table "hikashop_price" is empty.

I did a test import of the CSV file you provided in your first message here and I was able to get the products imported with the prices:

So I can only think that you're using another CSV file for your test and that there is a problem with it.
What message did you get after the import ? What CSV file did you use ?

We have the same file, I attache again, I don't get any error when I import.
But the table prce is empty.


Pls help, because all our products are now gratis on the website!!

All I can think is that you have one of your custom plugins messing with the import mechanism.
Hard to say more like this.
I tried to unpublish temporarily the custom plugins I could find but it didn't help. But maybe I missed one.
Could you provide a FTP access via our contact form along with a link to this thread so that we could check the situation more in depth ?

When I import products, they are only in _hikashop_product but not in _hikashop_price.
Which file php is doing the import? I think somebody is changing this file!

The import mechanism product/import doesnt work fine, it's only import the products to the product table but not to the price table.
What to do?
I only can import the prices directly to mysql like insert into...

Products/Import imports only the products and not the prices!
Even a small test csv fille.

Today all the products in table products and price were deleted. Is it a problem of your cron?
I import the products from csv in products/import, but this imports only in table products and not automaticaly in table price!!

I didn't get any news from you.
Still the normal (product/import) product-import of csv fills works without import the prices.
Any idea what to do?
