Export/Import Hikashop products across Joonmla sites

There are many cases in which clients ask for proposals to solve problems. With most components nowadays I am able to mock up a demo without having to mess with the client's website. When client is happy, I export the demo and upload it to the client website in a few clicks. This way there is no risk to the client website; it is minimally invasive.
In Hikashop this appears to be done via CSV import/export but looks quite complicated in the case of products with lots of variants. Would welcome tips from folks who have done it successfully.

I think it would be better to use the export/import of your PHPMyAdmin on the hikashop tables.
That way, you won't only export/import the products, but your HikaShop configuration, etc.
Then, you just have to also download/upload the files in media/com_hikashop/upload and images/com_hikashop/upload via FTP and you'll get the same HikaShop. The only thing missing will be the menu items and modules, which you'll have to reconfigure.

I am not sure exactly what you mean or how to do this. Is there a tutorial? I do have full access to site files including PHP admin.

That's something I understand. There are only a few images to upload to the new site,.

If you have access to PHPMyAdmin, then I would recommend at using the export/import of PHPMyAdmin. It will be the best.

You can use the export/import in HikaShop, but it will be more difficult I think:

PHPMyAdmin works the same on every hosting providing it.
It's great to know how to use it, because you can do a lot of thing with it.
