Export orders daily in three parts

how to configure mass action to export new orders placed:
from 00:00 to 8:00
from 8:00 to 13:00
from 13:00 to 00:00;
every day.

Mass actions can't be configured to do that.

Maybe RO CSVI, which can export orders data periodically too, might support this:

I would recommend checking there.
