cant find the affilliate tab

Hi,
i cant find where i can set the precentage of the fee to the partner?
why is that?

found it, sorry.

Well, I can't find it. It used to be there but when I was clicking on affiliate, it would go to the orders tab.
So I deactivated the plugin and activated it and now it's not showing anymore.
I have cleared the expired cache and system cache. Still not showing.
Tried with another browser. Not there.

What is the url to access it?
Should I reinsall hikashop?

Thank you
