Hi,
I am trying to setup my Hikashop Business to allow users to be an affiliate, but am having a difficult time understanding and finding information on how to do it.

I want to give the affiliate a special code for them to put in their video, on business card etc. How do I do this?

When their customer uses the code that it would give them as an example 10% off and still pay the affiliate their percent income.

Under the user that I added as affiliate is the 'payment e-mail address' do I put their paypal email?

Hi,

You'll find the options of the affiliate system in the HikaShop configuration:

There, configure the "Percentage fee on sales".
Then, activate the "affiliate account active" setting in the user, like in your screenshot.
Finally, you can create a coupon with the code you want, the percentage you want to offer to the customer, and select the user in the affiliate partner setting of the coupon.
That way, when a user uses the code of that coupon for a purchase, the corresponding user will be credited of the affiliation fee automatically.

The email address field there is available if you want to pay out the affiliation fees via PayPal to another email address than his main email address. You can leave it empty for now.
