Hi Is there a way we can change the order number thats generated by the system? B1, C2, D3 and E4 seems a bit basic.

Please advise.

Yes, in our commercial versions, there is the option "order number format" that you can change in the configuration. More information about how to set that option on that page: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...hop-config.html#main
