Images problem when import csv

Dear community,

I import a csv into hikashop. In the csv there is a column: Images
I uploaded the images to the folder: media/com_hikashop/upload

Whem importing the csv into Hikshop there are only barcode.png files shown.

Who can help me?

Could you copy/paste us the first few lines of your CSV ?

If you don't get your images, that's because HikaShop couldn't find them. The problem is often that the name of the file is not correct in the CSV.
It could also be that you changed the "upload folder" option in the config under the tab files, in which case you didn't upload your images in the good folder.

I think it was an problem with the cache of something, but the images are shown well now.

Problem solved.
