Hi

I have spent all day adding shipping modules for Europe and the rest of the world. I have set up the zones correctly, but now when I make a test purchase and come to checkout, I get the following message:

The cart items combined weight is too big for all the possible shipping methods


Is it because I have had to create a zone for the non-european countries? Please advise.

Please post a screenshot of the listing of shipping methods and of your checkout page with the error and tell us the weight of the product in the cart at that moment.

That way we will be able to understand what you're missing.

The error message is for the weight, not the zone so it's not related.

Having said that, although my chosen address is Singapore, it still tries calculating for Europe! Despite me declaring the shipping zone as rest of world!!

How come you get the error message but the shipping method selection is displayed at the bottom ?
Do you use a recent version of HikaShop?

You didn't tell us the weight of your product and I didn't see the part of the listing of shipping methods near the weight 101-120 for the rest of the world...

I used 1.4.4 I have just upgraded to 1.4.7 (I only installed a couple of weeks ago!)

Do you have singapore as a subzone of your "rest of the world" zone ?

If by Sub zone you mean a group that is set up like the Europe group that has the countries included in it then yes I have set that up the same way.

Do you use PHP4 ? The problem could come from that:
