ps: the previous one was the result of a search on the joomla extensions directory, there is maybe other plugins listed here doing what you are looking for. Else there is still the hikashop filter option to search only products and display the results as you want.

Hi,

When we tested the search box on your website there was a blank page.
Please turn on the "error reporting" and "debug mode" options of the Joomla configuration in order to get an error message displayed on that page so that we can understand the issue.

Hi,

This error happen because the class SearchModelSearch has already been declared.
You can use such code to be sure to not declare this class two times:

Code:

if(!class_exists('SearchModelSearch')){ 
    class SearchModelSearch{
        // ...
    }
}

Else use another class name in your plugin.

ps: the SearchModelSearch class is defined in the file "components/com_search/models/search.php".

Hi,

Edit the HikaShop Products search plugin via the plugins manager and make sure that the product_code column is selected in its options.

Hi,

Please provide a screenshot of all the settings of the HikaShop products search plugin when you edit it via the Joomla plugins manager. Because the way I see it, it is simply not activated, or restricted only to some user access, or something like that.

On the search result page, joomla has a list of all the search plugins it can find:
take.ms/yOqsW
So it means that it doesn't find the HikaShop search plugin.
That usually happens when the plugin is deactivated or its access is not public.
I don't know of something else.
Maybe some kind of caching ?
