Shipping Issue

Okay, I want to give free shipping on all products, now I did not set up a shipping module or anything, but for some reason the site is forcing an amount, how do i make it 0$ because i dont know the exact weight of items, so i am billing the shipping seperatly....

Are you sure you didn't set any manual shipping methods ?

The shipping can't be magically added to the order
Maybe you had shippings before and after removing the option, the choice is still memorized in your user session. In that cse you should logout/login from your front end and try again.

:laugh: I am sure it was not magic, but I did log out and back in the front end, still shows shipping charges, i dont know how to disable the shipping that apparently i cannot find the settings of...checked the plugins but it is disabled, checked menus...nope...checked everywhere...but no luck.

loging in and out did not fix, cannot figure out how to create a 0.00 shipping anywhere...

Good. I can assure you at 100% that it's not hikashop which adds the 20$.
HikaShop always adds the shipping as another item in the paypal order summary and it never displays below the item total.

I know that in paypal, you can configure shipping costs directly. Maybe that's what you did in your paypal account ?

HAHA! Got it! Yep, it was in PayPal...so there is a note for others, you have to go into your PayPal account and then change all your shipping amounts to 0.00$ if you set that in there, but that is another good idea if you want to calculate shipping at the end...still did not get Taxes though...I have the TAXES option then tried just about every display option, and nope, no tax...so i am going to offer it as an incentive...tax included!
