Automatic Confirm Order?
We sell digital downloadable products. I've tested order with Hikashop and I have to go to back-end and manually confirm order for customer to gain access to the download.
1.) How do you configure Hikashop to automatically confirm order after payment, in may case PayPal has confirmed payment transaction?
Thank you,

You need to activate the option "allow payment notification from paypal" in the options of the paypal payment method.
If the option is already activated, there might be something blocking the notification from triggering HikaShop. It can happen on joomla 1.6 with some plugins redirecting automatically the URLs in some cases.

1.) "allow payment notification from paypal" this is done as described.
2.) I don't understand your second comment, or how to address the issue. I am using Joomla v.1.6
Please advise.

Hi Nicolas,
I can confirm payment notification from paypal is activated. Please give more information with regards to other things I can look at, and elaborate on the Joomla 1.6 issue you spoke of.
Thanks in advance.

If yes, then you should check the email message and that documentation: www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...nt-paypal-error.html
If no, the it means that HikaShop is not triggered. In such cases you need to check:
Do you have any security component which could block the paypal notification ? If yes, turn it off and try again.
Do you have a system plugin which redirects URLs ? You can try to unpublish the different system plugins via the joomla plugins manager and try again to identify which plugin is causing the problem.
Do you have SEF activated or a SEF component installed ? If yes, you can try to deactivate it and see if that works.
You can also look at the tab "files" of the configuration for the path of the payment log file so that you can open that file and see what HikaShop wrote in that file.
