Product pagination position and display

Hi,

Would it be hard to get product pagination displaying at both the top and bottom of a product page? If not, would it be possible to show it at the bottom, below all product? If i have 3 cols set, and the last row has two products, the pagination controls show in the 3rd col.

Secondly, The Start..1..2..Next links have no space between them, how can I change this?

Also note that there is now an option in the config under the tab display to select whether to display the pagination at the top or at the bottom of the listing.
