Order Confirmed Email - Link to digital download

I have Hikashop Business and everything appears to be working without a problem except for one thing:

My current settings are:
Simplified Registration
Email: Include Attachements and Send Multi Part Emails


If I place an order for a PDF product the first two emails (Account created and order created) come through fine. However, when the last email (order confirmed) comes through it does not include the order number OR a download link.

I'm sure this is a simple fix, but can't seem to find what is causing the issue.

Any chance anyone has an idea on what to do?

Normally, the link to the order and the order number should be displayed in the confirmation email. Could you do a screenshot of the email you receive ?

Which version of HikaShop do you use ? Which version of Joomla ?

If you go to the menu System->Emails, do you have the order status notification email which have been customized ? If so, could you delete the customization and try again ?
If it still doesn't work, could you provide us with a back end access to your website so that we can look at your settings and test it ourselves ?
