I am not sure why in my category view, once the user click the category icon no product is displayed. Could you plese help? below are the main links to my site. The category is not working but the listing is fine.

That link is not valid. The parameter Itemid=X should be in the URL. If you don't have it, that means that you didn't create your category listing via the joomla menu manager by selecting the type hikashop category listing like explained here:
