cart-order mode only and no payment and shipping was created by blagorod

does Hikashop has cart-order mode and do the process without any shipping and payments?
If so than how can I configure that?
Thanx

Yes. Just remove "shipping_" and "payment_" from the checkout workflow option of the configuration and you're all set.
