Credit Card numbers not showing? was created by hoken
Might be a dumb question - but I am not seeing credit card information in the orders? Is it supposed to show? Or how can we process the credit card orders? Thanks

I suppose that you're using the credit card collection plugin right ? Do you have the hikashop history plugin published ? If not, then, the card information is not saved properly.

Hi Nicolas, thanks again for your very prompt response. Do you mean this plugin: HikaShop order history plugin. If so, I just checked and that is already enabled, is there anything else I could be missing?

The problem was that you weren't using the latest version. I updated the credit card plugin on your website and it is now working.

The other half is in the email you received as administrator.
That's a security measure so that even if you website is hacked, the credit card information the hacker would get wouldn't allow him to use it as he would have only half of it.

I check my HikaShop order history plugin and it is published. But we are not receiveing the credit card information. Where is the updated credit card plugin. I would like to update it

Hi,

That thread is 1 year and a half old.

The credit card plugin included in all the versions since then is working, so there is nothing to update if you have a recent version of HikaShop.

If you don't get the order admin notification, it means that your email settings, either in the joomla configuration or in the hikashop configuration are not correct.
