Commercial version question

Hi, in the checkout tab of Hikashop's configuration, there is an option for Registration but it states the option is only available in commercial version. What exactly does this option do? Where can I get more info about it? Thanks!

Please note that on each screen of HikaShop, there is a "help" button on which you can click in order to display the documentation related to the page you're looking at.

Quick follow up question - if we set it to "no registration" in the commercial version, does the checkout process still gather billing and shipping address? Our goal is to give a 'checkout as guest' option, so I'm wondering if this option in the Commercial can accomplish that?

Yes. "No registration" will remove the user account creation part but the address will still be asked
