show crossed price and discount price was created by loling
Hi there

1) How to show the cross price ([strike]9.000[/strike]) and the discount price below it in product listing and product show page?? but only for several/chosen product..

2) also i experienced this, Whenever i import new products (complete detail from product number to product weight) from text area import, the shipping method will not work.. It is like there is no weight detail in product.. I have to open each product in hikashop backend and do 'save&close' to make them works again.. Any idea to make my life easier??

1.Discounts can be handled via the menu System->Discounts. If you want to restrict discounts to a product or a category of products only, that is only possible in the commercial editions of HikaShop. Once that is done, in each of your modules and menus hikashop options (you can access them via the menu Display->Content menus/modules), you have an option to select how you want the discount to be displayed (crossed price is a possibility). You also have that same option in the tab Display of the configuration for the product page.

2. It must be because your CSV is missing some information. Hard to say what without the CSV...

3)also how to include related products in product page?? i have entered related products in product backend but i dont know how to display it in product page front end

2. Kg is not a valid weight unit. It should be kg. Kg is the translation string of the unit kg so the system doesn't consider it as valid. We'll add a check on that for next release :)

3.You need to create a new hikashop content module via the module manager and, in the hikashop options of the module, set it to display related products on the product page and keep it unpublished. Then, in the configuration of hikashop under the tab display you have the option "Modules under the product page" where you can publish your module so that it is displayed on the product page.

Hi,

When we are talking HikaShop commercial versions, we are talking about essential and business. It means that the feature start with HikaShop essential but the feature is, of sure, in HikaShop business too.

I am trying to show crossed price and discount price but I can't.
I have made a discount for a category (Alimentación->cacao 20%) but i can not see the discount and any crossed display.
We have hikashop business.

Also in system->configuration->products there is no option for discount in product show.

The options you're editing seems to be the correct ones.
So it's like it's more a problem of the discount itself.
Can you try to remove the restrictions of the discounts to see if the prices/discounted prices display properly ?

Any idea why discount not apply if i set a category?
It is so strange too, in configuration - products there is no option por the discount...

I see this was posted six years ago.. Is this functionality still there? I cannot find this in ver. 3.2.1.
