That should be the case....unless there is a bug somewhere. Could you give a link to the product page where you have that problem ?

The correct price displays upon checkout but not on the product page. Can you please see to this as soon as possible because my website is set to launch tomorrow afternoon?

On that page the product image and the product description does not change either when changing the characteristic selection.
I'm guessing that it's maybe related to the facebook/twitter thing you're using in the description.
Could you try to remove that and see if that's working ?
Also, I see that you don't have the latest version. Could you try to update and see if that solves the problem ?

I've updated my version of Hikashop and removed the facebook and twitter links on a particular page and the price is still static. There is no description or different images so those are suppose to be static. Please help me solve this today Nicholas. I need to get this website out today.

It seems that you messed up the HTML tags in the file show of the view product when editing it and thus the browser can't find the correct areas. The easiest would be to remove your customization... That should make it work again.

Yes, I remember editing that file to center the product title above the product picture and place the product description to the right of the image. Can you please send me that file in its original form so I can make a comparison and make the necessary corrections? I'm not sure where I made the customizations and I do not want to remove any original HTML. Thanks.

The original file is on your website: components/com_hikashop/views/product/tmpl/show.php

would it be safe to copy from components/com_hikashop/views/product/tmpl/show.php and paste to the revised version to restore the original version?

In the Display->Views menu, you can just click on the icon of the "remove customization" column to restore the view to the original.

The prices are changing with the variants now. I may have misplaced some code by not following directions but I will try to customize this file again per your instructions and get back to you shortly.

I have made customizations to the show file and my prices change with the variants. However the display change is affected on some categories and not others. If you check the site you'll see that the products under artwork are displayed with the changes but not the tees. I'm not sure what the issue is. On the Tee product page the entire left part is under the bottom part. I've attached a text file for you help.

It's normal. You can just set a width for the right part in CSS and it will be on the right...
.hikashop_product_right_part{
width: 200px;
}

Does the width have to be 200px? I tried 225px and it pushed everything back to the bottom part.

No, It actually depends on your template's CSS.
