Shipping and billing address

My shop will only be using one payment method: collect on delivery, so billing address will always be the same as billing.
But when i proceed to checkout it says there:

Shipping address
[tick button] Use the same address as billing

I would like to hide this because it is unnecessary and confusing. How can i do this?

I would also like to remove the radio buttons from the checkout form. I tried the method from this thread: www.hikashop.com/en/support/forum/4-how-...ons-in-cart-bad.html

But there is no .hikashop_checkout_shipping_radio in frontend_default.css file.

You can easily do that by adding the CSS below via the CSS edition interface in the tab Display of the configuration:
.hikashop_checkout_address_right_part{
display:none;
}
