Error message while listing products.

listing of products is on the way here - thx to Nicolas .

However on my page "Summer Sale" shop.buch-comptoir.de/index.php/summer-sale.html I receive the following error message:

File(/media/com_hikashop/upload/ic_strandbuch1.jpg) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/buch-comptoir.de/subdomains/shop/httpdocs/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/buch-comptoir.de/subdomains/shop/httpdocs/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 367

Last action I did before it appeared was changing to a subcategory (i.e. "summer sale" - books) - which is as a matter of fact essential to have in this page.

[Deleting both Caches in Joomla DID NOT solve the problem].

That's because you don't have a thumbnail for that image. So Hikashop tries to generate it. And your php configuration doe s not allow it to. You should add the upload folder to your open_basedir php.ini option. If you don't know how, you should ask your hosting company
