Can't add pics to products was created by brmadmin
Absolute newby here I am trying to add picture to my products but when I click on + image nothing happens any help please :S

Normally a popup should open with a form asking you to upload a file. Could you do a screenshot ?
If you use a special joomla back end template, please switch to the default template and try again.

I am not getting any pop ups on the ones that should only thing working is the add price I am using standard joomla back end template

Which version of joomla and hikashop are you using ? Which browser ? Please try with another browser as well.

Joomla 1.5 latest version of that firefox and just downloaded Hikashop tonight I will try IE

Notice that Joomla menue is locked out no acces when the Hikamenue is open is that normal

Yes. That's normal.

Please check whether you have a javascript error or not in the javascript error console of your browser after clicking on the + button and copy/paste us the error message.

It's because of your plugin cdscriptegrator which runs on the back end pages and which includes the jQuery javascript library which breaks the modal popup of joomla. If you disable it, it will work.

Yep working now thanks heaps I will continue my evaluation and probably buy the upgrades

The login I use needs the scriptigrator any sugestions on another login module to use that does not need the plugin
