Category order was created by komir
I create a menu with Hikashop component Web Hosting ,
As you see root menu is alphabetical order, but sub-menus are not. How to create that sub-menu are alphabetical?

Go in the menu Display->Content menus and edit your menu 498. There, change the ordering column to "category_name" and save. That should do it.

I change now it is alphabetical but z-a, is there any way to be a-z?

On that same screen you have the option "ordering direction" for that.
