search field not showing up,

I have the product search enabled, but the search box is not appearing on my site. Please can you help?

You need to go in your joomla modules manager and publish the module search module.

I do not seem to have a joomla search module. I do have a search plugin and that is published. Please see attachments.

Then please create a new module of the type mod_search and you will have it.
If you don't have the type "mod_search" it means that you don't have this default joomla module installed on your website. In that case, you should download the full version of joomla 1.5 and get the folder modules/mod_search from the package and upload it on your website via FTP. Then, you should be able to see the type "mod_search".
