User orders

Good day

Do I need to install the jomsocial extension in order for users to view current orders?

Also, is there a way that I can get users to add additional info when ordering a product, such as size or colour?

Hi,

You can go into the joomla menu manager and create a new menu of the type HikaShop Customer orders. Upon clicking this link, your users will be able to see their orders.

For size and color, you should add characteristics (menu Products->Characteristics) and the add those characteristics to your products. That way your users will be able to select the value of each characteristic on the product page.
