no order confirmation

the hikashop module
when someone places and order - we are getting 2 orders often and we dont know if they paid or not.how i can switch from created to confirmed?

The status of orders should be updated automatically after the payment is validated by the payment gateway. If that's not the case, then maybe there is something blocking the notifications from the payment gateway.
