The interface of HikaShop can be in several languages no problem.
For your content, we use an integration with joomfish. Joomfish being only on joomla 1.5, it will be possible only on joomla 1.5
However, on joomla >= 1.6 you could also duplicate your products (one per language) to have the products in different languages. But then if you need to handle quantities for your products that won't work.
