Refunds

Hi

Can my client refund a customer through the backend? Or would this have to be done manually through the bank? If so, I can't see where to show my client what to do.

Hi,

For refunds, you need to ask your payment gateway. If you're using paypal, you should refund the order via paypal. It depends on which payment plugin you're using. If you're using the HSBC plugin, then yes, you should ask your HSBC bank, since they are the ones handling the payments on your website.
