Canada shipping not showing up - only USA showing was created by byesuzuki
Hi:

On our current site: www.bandsforhim.com - The site seems to be overal functions well, except a key area - 'shipping' - shipping currently only works for US and not Canada, we need it to be able to work on both and we have it both selected on the admin side. Only US is the priority.

Would you be able to help us shed some light as to how we can fix this?

Hi,

The problem probably comes from the way you setup your shipping methods ? Could you do screenshots of that so that we can see what you did ?

I just tested on your website and I see the shipping method Regular Delivery $10.00 with the Canada selected in the address.
So that seems to be working.

The provinces of Canada don't show up in the drop down though.

If the canada states do not show but that the USA states show, there are only two possibilities:
1. The canada states are unpublished
2. The canada states were removed from the sub zones listing of the canada zone (you can see that when you edit the canada zone).

Since everything is dynamic and there it works for the USA states, fixing it should only be a matter of configuring the zones properly.

Your first screenshot shows that the canada country zone is published. But that we already know since it is displaying in the country dropdown.
However, it doesn't show the canadian states which should also be published on that listing. Please do a screenshots of the canadian states in the zones listing.

I've highlighted the Canadian provinces (states) in red and that they are published...

That's the listing sub sub zones of the canada where you've added the states of the canada.
It doesn't show whether or not the states of the canada are published or not.
You need to check on that in the listing of the zones, not here.
