add to cart not connected with cart module

Hi there.
Again i want to ask you some question.
I'm having problems, carts are always marked 'cart is empty' when the 'add to cart' on the product page is clicked. The data should appear in the cart can not be displayed.
I do not change the 'cart' on display-> view-> cart, or all the php files contained on the controller.
Why does this happen? Is there any solution to fix this?

There was a cache problem of the cart with some browsers on old versions of HikaShop (before 1.3.6). If you use an older version, you should update.

I have had the same problem with the last version, still the cache problem.
Try an other browser (if you use IE, try with firefox)
All u need is, clear cookies, log out and in again from frontend.

That post was almost two years ago.
Since then, there is no problem of cache in HikaShop.
However, it's possible that joomla or your joomla template caches the pages, which would result in similar problems.
You should :
Disable the cache in Joomla configuration.
Site -> global configuration -> system -> "Cache settings".
Disable, if it's enabled, the joomla cache plugin.
Check your template' options for a potential cache option and deactivate it.
