How to access the "category" of product...

Hi

just wondering how you would access the "category" of a product within the status change notification email to the user? It would be very helpful to use this value to pull a different header for the email (depending on the category the product belongs to).

E.g. Product from category X = shows header X, product from category Y = shows header Y. Is this possible?

Hi,

Well, it is possible if you code it in the email but there is no option for that.
The modification is not just a two lines modification as you need to first load the categories of the products in the order and then change the subject based on the categories.
