how download software when purchase

i have e store where sell programming, its like a file, in virtual mart e store i have options when buy product pay and hen received download link and download it, how can i set there when sold product customer can download product ?

When you create a product in HikaShop you have an area "Files" at the bottom right where you can add files. By default, the files you add there will be available to the customers who buy the product automatically once their payment is received.

The order needs to be confirmed. Once that is done, you can click on the link in the confirmation email you received as a user to download your files.

maybe need some configurations to get download link?

If you deactivated the registration on your checkout (it's possible only in the commercial editions) then that could happen.

Otherwise there is no reason.
Is the order confirmed on your back end ?

You can create a control panel link by going in the joomla menu manager and creating a new joomla menu item of the type hikahop user cpanel.
The users will be able to see their orders and they will also be able to download their files from there.
