Getting 500 - Layout not found error when checkout

Hi, I am getting an error when trying to check out next. the error is

500 - Layout not found

where is the problem. I cant figure it out. please help me

Please deactivate the SEF in the joomla configuration and try again. Does it work ?

I figured it out. It was the checkout Checkout workflow. I disable advance checkout workflow. and put

login_address_shipping_payment_cart_status_fields_confirm,end

Its working.

I am getting same error. I have tried turning off SSL on checkout, Joomla SEF, and advanced checkout flow as from suggestions from you and other posts but nothing is helping. Proceed to checkout is not working at all. This was working fine all along until today I decided to check on the website and its not working now… I have not made any changes to the website so this is very strange.
Any other ideas? php version? or something?

The error is: "Layout confirm not found".
This means that the file components/com_hikashop/views/checkout/tmpl/confirm.php is missing on your website. Please put it back and it will work.

that was indeed the problem but i am really confused how it disappeared in the first place. Thank you for your help, and quick reply!
