any way to fix this? All of the other posts on this do not work (i have my weights correct, i have group packages checked, i have a ups number, etc.). Very difficult to figure out and I am on about hour 15 now....
If you have that error it's that something is not correct with the way you configured the UPS plugin or your products (weight, dimensions missing). I can't say more than this without more information as the error message returned by UPS is too vague to really pin point the problem.
Please give more information like screenshots of the UPS plugin configuration and your product and I might see something which is off. Otherwise, you can also ask UPS's support as that is a UPS setting error.
